STW adds DATA PANEL GmbH to their partner network

For many years, STW from Kaufbeuren, Germany has been expanding its strategic network of specialized partners. In cooperation with these partners, STW can supply a broad range of sophisticated automation solutions for mobile machines. With DATA PANEL, a specialist for robust, decentralized I/O modules, STW adds a new range of products and more design flexibility to their ECO-system.

The STW ECO-System is the combination and integration of third party systems and products. The components within the ECO-System are compatible to each other and ensure a high level of integration, both between STW and third-party systems, and the integration of third-party components into the STW automation environment. This enables the STW to be a single-source provider to machine manufacturers, facilitating the coordination, consulting and engineering of electronic systems for mobile machines.

DATA PANEL GmbH, a specialist for I/O installation technology, now complements this partner network. The fully encapsulated IP69K xtremeDB I/O modules from the Backnang based manufacturer enable the implementation of powerful, decentralized system architectures. Cable harnesses can be reduced and terminal boxes, depending on the machine class, reduced or even eliminated.

Like all STW certified third-party products, the IP69K xtreme DB can also be integrated and parameterized within the STW software suite, and then maintained and monitored over the entire service life of the machine.

As a system supplier, DATA PANEL also offers a wide range of Deutsch DT connection technology, including connector variants for customer assembly as well as assembled, encapsulated and coated connection cables. The combination of high performance STW automation and digitization solutions and the decentralized I/O modules from DATA PANEL gives designers of mobile machines maximum flexibility in their system design.
