On Monday, September 25, the new office of IAV Poland will be opened in Opole. This confirms the company’s growth trend, which has been ongoing since 2022, and expands the presence of IAV in Central Eastern Europe through this expansion. In the future, IAV Poland intends to further establish itself as a development service provider in the national environment. The new office in Opole will provide further access to new employees in the Polish market. In addition, IAV Poland plans to expand its competencies in the fields of Vehicle Testing and Electronic & Software Development, as well as Project Management.

"We already have many dedicated development engineers at our R&D Center in Wrocław. The investment in the new site in Opole is an important component of our growth strategy in Central Eastern Europe. The expansion of our capacities in Opole will also enable us to enhance our service quality and technical expertise. At the same time, we have a complementary point of contact alongside the vibrant metropolis of Wrocław," says Simon Heine, CEO of IAV Poland.

Heine continues: "I am confident that we will find qualified employees at the new location. In the past, we have been able to fill promising positions after only a short time. Well-trained young talent is particularly strong on the labor market in Poland. I am looking forward to the new impetus they will bring with them, and I am sure that the spirit of a growing young team will also reach IAV in Berlin."

IAV Poland was formally established on December 1, 2022, and is represented by Ralf Minow and Simon Heine as Managing Directors. IAV Poland is a wholly owned subsidiary of IAV GmbH. Today, Poland is one of the central hotspots for technology and digitalization in Europe and now also operates globally as an innovation leader in digitalization and technology. As a result, Poland has one of the largest tech talent pools in Europe. This makes the country a strategically favorable location for IAV. With presences in Wrocław and Opole, IAV Poland increases the efficiency of the entire IAV Group. IAV Poland specializes in Project Management & Support, Vehicle Testing and Electronic & Software Development. By the end of the year, IAV Poland will have 160 employees.
