According to CEO Dave O’Neill, the company encountered extensive areas of copper showings and outcrops along an 8-kilometer strike. American West had initiated an extensive mapping and sampling program based on preliminary results from a MMT survey within the Tornado target area. Extensive areas of visible copper were encountered in outcrops.
