From CRM to Dynamics 365 Project Operations

According to Peter Linke, the co-founder and CEO, “We turned the entire company inside out as we felt that wind of change. That decision completely transformed us from a company focused on professional Message Exchange into one that implements CRM and builds its own products.”

Influencing Microsoft’s vision
As a trusted Microsoft partner for years, proMX has played a key role in shaping Microsoft’s project management tools. Early contributions to Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA) included hands-on collaboration with Microsoft’s product teams and onboarding some of the first global customers. This partnership reached a milestone in 2025 when Microsoft integrated proMX’s Time Tracking and Mobile Time Tracking apps directly into Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
Shaping a unique product identity
Product innovation has always been central to proMX’s identity. Its portfolio of add-ons (originally standalone tools for Time Tracking, Project Portfolio Management, Absence Management) has grown into the unified proMX 365 Productivity Suite.
