New products at POWTECH 2026
Highlights at the AERZEN stand – Hall 9, Stand 9-420 – include products such as the DS75 double-stage air compressor for differential pressures up to 10.5 bar, the new direct-driven screw blower D16S (Delta Hybrid) for lower volume flow ranges up to 1,020 m³/h and the highly efficient Aerzen Turbo AT125 from the new Generation 6 range of turbo blowers. The packages provide 100% oil-free (in accordance with ISO 8573-1, class 0) and PFAS-free process air and ensure that materials are transported quickly, carefully and with the lowest possible energy consumption. The screw-type and turbo blowers, in particular, are characterised by their high energy efficiency. Screw blowers can achieve energy savings of up to 37% compared with conventional blowers. AERZEN turbo blowers with air foil bearings can deliver a significant increase in energy efficiency of up to 10% compared with conventional turbo technology. Their robust construction and service-friendly design ensure high reliability and maximum machine availability.
