Die neuen ibidi Mikrotiterplatten mit Glasboden bieten endlich hervorragende Möglichkeiten für Hochdurchsatz in der Super-Resolution und TIRF-Mikroskopie von Zellen. Bei Verwendung der µ-Plate 96 Well oder 384 Well Black Glass Bottom werden die Proben durch ein dünnes #1.5H D 263 M Schott Deckglas mit einer Dicke von 170 µm +/- 5 µm mikroskopiert. Aufgrund ihrer überlegenen optischen Qualität eignen sich die µ-Plates nicht nur für Standard-Mikroskopie, sondern sind auch ideal für Total-Internal-Reflektions-Fluoreszenz (TIRF), Super-Resolution-Mikroskopie (STED, SIM, (F)PALM, (d)STORM) und Fluoreszenz-Korrelationsspektroskopie (FCS). ibidi’s new Glass Bottom µ-Plates finally provide microscopists with outstanding, high-throughput possibilities for super-resolution and TIRF. When using the µ-Plate 96 Well or 384 Well Black Glass Bottom, the samples are observed through a thin #1.5H D 263 M Schott glass coverslip with a thickness of 170 µm +/- 5 µm. The prize for innovative research in application-oriented nanosciences, which is endowed with a total of 9,000 €, was announced in Bavaria and awarded by a jury of experts from industry and science. A surface with 100% passivation: The completely non-adhesive Bioinert surface is now available in a range of ibidi’s most requested µ-Slides, including the µ-Slide 8 Well high. The Bioinert surface is a thin polyol hydrogel layer that is covalently bound to the ibidi Polymer Coverslip Bottom of the µ-Slide.
