Securely Fastened Loads
The classic and simplest lifting points are lifting eye bolts according to DIN 580, which are screwed into existing threads on the load. When threads are not possible, lifting eye nuts according to DIN 582 are used instead. Ganter offers these standard parts in two materials: steel and stainless steel. Als klassische und gleichsam einfachste Anschlagpunkte gelten die Ringschrauben nach DIN 580 – sie werden lastseitig in vorhandene Gewinde eingedreht. Dort wo keine Gewinde möglich sind, werden Ringmuttern nach DIN 582 analog eingesetzt. Ganter bietet diese Normen in drei Werkstoffen an: Stahl, Edelstahl A2 und A4. Magnets allow clever and nearly universal solutions for fastenings, closures or temporary connections. Ganter is expanding its range of magnet systems and raw magnets to include new shapes. The new highlight is the retaining magnet GN 50.8. A tight stainless steel housing surrounds the powerful SmCo magnet, making it perfect for use in corrosive environments. It also features a long service life and is temperature resistant to 350°C – meaning it can be used on hot surfaces, such as oven doors.
