The ambiente trade fair will be held in Frankfurt again this year after a two-year break and ritterwerk is back with a new suspended food slicer. The sono2 is of course- like all ritterwerk products – "made in Germany" and will be available in silver as well as in black. The renowned food slicer E 16 will also be available in silver and black in the future. The new sono2 food slicer will be presented to the public at ambiente 2023 in Frankfurt. Leonard Lorin Schüller wechselt von der Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH zum Vertriebsteam der ritterwerk GmbH im Bereich Export. Damit ist fortan auch das letzte Gesellschaftermitglied direkt vor Ort operativ tätig – im Oktober letzten Jahres hatte Familie Schüller das ritterwerk per Management-Buy-Out übernommen. Zuvor lag das Unternehmen in Besitz von Werner Braun, der sich jedoch altersbedingt zum Verkauf entschloss. Der Hausgerätehersteller mit Sitz in Gröbenzell ist seit über 115 Jahren eine feste Größe in Bayern – was im Jahr 1905 als Fabrik für Messerputzmaschinen begann, ist heute auf dem Gebiet von Kleingeräten wie Allesschneider, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Stabmixer sowie Wasserkocher etabliert.
