Miriam Wohlfarth founded the fintech Ratepay, a payment service provider for merchants, in 2009, which now has 250 employees. In 2020 she also founded Banxware, Lending as a service for platforms and marketplaces. She is the Co-CEO. In addition to being a founder and manager, she is also a payments expert, speaker, mentor, networker, event organizer, author and mother.

Kate Pohl joined the supply chain finance platform, Traxpay, in mid-2021 as Head of Bank and Partner Strategy. The former banker and digital transformation expert, who worked at JPMorgan Chase, Citibank and ING Germany, among others, started at the Frankfurt-based fintech after having supported it as an external consultant for almost a year.
