Bargeldlos Zahlen in den Bussen möglich
Ab kommenden Montag, 10. Januar 2022, wird in den Bussen der Mainzer Mobilität zusätzlich zur Bargeldzahlung auch das bargeldlose Zahlen möglich sein. Spätestens eine Woche später werden außerdem die Fahrzeuge der Subunternehmer aufgerüstet – damit ist ab 17. Januar in allen Bussen, die für die Mainzer Mobilität in Mainz unterwegs sind, auch das Bezahlen von Tickets ohne Bargeld möglich. Bereits seit Dezember konnten Fahrgäste in einigen Bussen im Rahmen einer Testphase bargeldlos zahlen. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Tests startet nun die Umstellung auf den sogenannten Parallelbetrieb in den Bussen, bei dem beide Bezahlmethoden möglich sind. Nach aktueller Planung wird dann im Sommer 2022 das Bargeld in den Bussen komplett abgeschafft.…
