The two tradition-steeped companies GENIE GmbH & Co. KG and Olympia Business Systems Vertriebs GmbH merged in early 2019 to create GO Europe GmbH. Heinz Prygoda and Christian Gerth are the directors of the provider of office equipment, headquartered in Hattingen (Germany). The company develops and sells products and accessories from the areas office, telecommunication, security, multimedia, entertainment electronics, cash register systems and baby equipment.
GO Europe GmbH is active in the paper, office and stationery market segment with its core brands, GENIE, Olympia and bonsaii. Document shredders and laminators are manufactured and distributed thanks to an exclusive license granted by HP for the EMEA region.
In a brand-strategically coordinated approach, products that range from entry-level models to sophisticated business devices are offered in international specialised office supply shops, the non-food departments of leading chain stores as well as in online shops.
