After successful acquisition: Cyren GmbH to be renamed eleven GmbH in future

The Content Services Group GmbH announces the completion of its acquisition of Cyren GmbH. Having purchased the Email Security Gateway business from Cyren Ltd, the Group intends to strategically expand its product portfolio. In future Cyren GmbH will again operate under its original name, eleven GmbH.

Cyren GmbH offers first-class e-mail security to protect international companies from spam, phishing and malware attacks. The eXpurgate product protects companies by ensuring that only business-relevant content finds its way to the intended recipient. Cyren GmbH, in future eleven GmbH, will continue to offer and further develop the eXpurgate product, with support and services to continue for customers and partners.

The solutions offered by Cyren GmbH can be used in a variety of industries. As a result, customers span the telecommunications, information technology, manufacturing, professional services and government sectors. Following the acquisition, existing support agreements, contracts and policies will remain in place. The product development team and customer service will be taken over by the group together with Cyren GmbH. Ensuring that customers can continue to use the solutions as usual and access support at any time.

The management of Content Services Group GmbH speaks of a logical completion of the product portfolio and warmly welcomes the customers, partners and employees of Cyren GmbH to the group.  The team brings not only a strong product, but also a team with great expertise in security and cloud technology to the group. It is therefore hardly surprising that the security of this communication continues to grow in importance. I am excited to join a world-class engineering and support team in the fight against spam, phishing and malware. As COO, I will be working with the team to improve and expand communications with our customers. Additionally, I will look for ways in which we can respond to future market demands and forge new business relationships."
