Eturnity supports businesses in the acquisition for renewable energy systems

Crises, war and rising inflation – more and more individuals want to invest in renewable energy systems to become more independent. That in itself is a good thing. After all, renewable energies also benefit the environment in the long term. However, numerous installation companies and municipal utilities lack the time and skilled workers to meet the high demand. This is exactly where Eturnity comes in with its software solutions. They enable businesses to digitally and automatically qualify leads, provide advice and prepare offers.

Automated lead management with Eturnity

"At Eturnity, we manage to tackle several problems at once," says Fabienne Kallmeyer, who is Eturnity’s sales manager for Germany and Austria. "On the one hand, our solution helps to separate the wheat from the chaff, and on the other hand, it helps to provide efficient advice to prospective customers. In addition, with photovoltaics, heating and e-mobility, Eturnity combines several technologies that are currently not only in great demand, but also urgently needed."

In this context, Eturnity’s solutions already start with the lead qualification. With the Solar Calculator, for example, municipal utilities and installation companies receive a practical online calculator tool for PV prospects as well as a digital assistant for the pre-qualification of potential customers in one. Fabienne Kallmeyer adds: "Customer behavior has changed. From qualification to consulting to sales, everything is increasingly taking place online. We are responding to this with our easy to use solutions."

In addition to the Solar Calculator, Eturnity also offers the Solar and Heating Expert for municipal utilities and tradesmen. The solution automates and standardizes the administrative processes of consulting, planning and quoting for solar and heating systems.

Simple handling and time-saving processes

"The special thing about lead qualification with Eturnity is that it is simple to use, appealing in its presentation and fast for the end customers," Fabienne Kallmeyer continues. In addition, companies have the ability to filter and further process their leads without much time or effort. "Our software does that automatically."

Eturnity is solving a major problem in the industry. Many lead qualification, consulting and sales processes are costly and cumbersome. Combined with the current high demand, the already existing shortage of time and skilled workers makes it impossible to answer all inquiries in a timely manner. By using Eturnity, public utilities and installation companies can now save up to 80 % of their time. Time that then remains for other things.

Software is quickly ready for use

Just as speedy as working with Eturnity is the setup of the software. "We have made the changeover to our solution as simple as possible through the intuitive handling of the software," says Fabienne Kallmeyer. Specifically, new customers of Eturnity only have to plan for about 14 days until the solution is ready for use. Eturnity also adapts the application to the respective corporate design in order to preserve the company’s own individuality.

The software combines the most important processes for consulting and sales in one tool. As a result, Eturnity already enables numerous municipal utilities and installation companies to work in a simpler and standardized way that saves an enormous amount of time. "I think we are already doing a lot with this to effectively tackle the problems of the industry," Fabienne Kallmeyer sums up.
