Robust connectors for outdoor use
Connectors have to work smoothly under very different climatic conditions, e.g. in traffic control systems, photovoltaic systems, construction machinery, surveillance cameras or offshore wind farms. They may be exposed to extreme heat, fine sand, severe subzero temperatures, moisture and corrosion on the open sea.
The IP67 connectors developed by CONEC are specifically designed to ensure consistent performance in demanding environments. In transportation technology, they enable safe and reliable communication between different systems and withstand extreme conditions in maritime applications.
The rugged connectors provide protection against dirt, moisture, electromagnetic interference, vibrations, and extreme temperatures. In harsh environments such as oil extraction, the chemical industry, or railway networks, dust- and waterproof versions compliant with IP67 are essential.
Another advantage of CONEC connectors is the quick and secure bayonet locking. The connectors are therefore perfect for diagnostic systems, test equipment or displays, as they are easy to maintain and there is no need for time-consuming screwing processes.
The CONEC portfolio includes, in addition to data and bus connectors, a series of power connectors. The connectors are available as inline coupler, cable connectors, or patch cords. You can choose between housing variants made of plastic, metallized plastic, or zinc-die-cast.

IP67 RJ45/USB/Fiber Optic/Power Bayonet Connectors
The RJ45 connector, commonly used in office communication, has been made industry-capable for Industrial Ethernet applications. Based on this, CONEC has developed a versatile connector system that ensures reliable data communication even under extreme conditions. IP67 Fiber Optic LC-Duplex connectors and adapters offer compact and powerful connections for optical data transmission, enabling fast and reliable communication over long distances. They are used in areas such as renewable energy, Industrial Ethernet, and telecommunications, such as in cellular junction boxes, mobile phone towers, and connections to broadcast radios.
The IP67 Power Bayonet series is used in areas such as renewable energy, mechanical engineering, and telecommunications, offering a reliable solution for power transmission under demanding conditions. Connectors are used in broadband communication for small cell connectivity, power and data transmission in broadband cable networks, and as power supply interfaces for backhaul small cells.
