Future-proof IT begins with transparency: Raynet and FUTUREDAT enter a new partnership

Raynet, a global software vendor with market-leading solutions and True IT Asset Visibility specialist, and FUTUREDAT, a German IT service provider and IT security expert, announce their sales partnership. The aim of the collaboration is to support companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the secure and efficient management of their IT assets through a combination of technological excellence and practical implementation.

As part of the partnership, FUTUREDAT will add the Raynet One platform to its portfolio and strategically expand it in the areas of IT Asset Management, IT security, and automation. Raynet One enables organizations to centrally manage, protect, and optimize their hardware and software assets, thereby forming the basis for holistic, future-proof IT Management.

The collaboration allows both organizations to combine their strengths: Raynet contributes its many years of experience in developing innovative IT Management technologies, while FUTUREDAT, as an established IT Service Provider with over 250 customers in the DACH region, provides practical consulting, implementation, and operation services.

“With Raynet One, we are expanding our portfolio with a solution that fits perfectly with our philosophy: thinking about IT in a secure, transparent, and holistic way. For our customers, this means greater clarity, control, and stability in Service Management – from recording to managing all hardware and software assets. As an IT service provider with a strong focus on service quality, process optimization, and IT security, Raynet One is the ideal building block for us to better support our customers on their way to future-proof and sovereign IT,” says Jan Scheffel, Managing Director at FUTUREDAT.

Raynet and FUTUREDAT combine two strong areas of expertise to offer a comprehensive range of services. Customers will benefit from solutions from a single source – from cutting-edge technology and customized implementation to ongoing support. The combination of Raynet’s technological expertise and FUTUREDAT’s customer focus will result in a stronger market presence throughout the DACH region. At the same time, practical feedback from FUTUREDAT’s projects will flow directly into the continuous development of Raynet products, promoting both innovation and user orientation.

There is a particular focus on IT security and transparency: both companies jointly position themselves as reliable providers of secure and sovereign IT solutions. The customer-centric service approach also ensures consistent support, higher satisfaction, and long-term loyalty – creating real added value for companies of all sizes.

“With FUTUREDAT, we are gaining an experienced partner who shares our vision of transparent and secure IT Asset Management. The close cooperation enables us to bring our solutions even closer to the market – practice-oriented, customer-focused, and with real added value for companies and public organizations in the DACH region,” explains Dennis Westhoff, Director of Sales & Partners at Raynet.
