Among the most remarkable and innovative products within Dalmine-LS’s range, we have the welded galvanized beam for pallet racks. Obtained by pre-galvanized steel coils, it is composed of two coupled C-profiles which are then welded to beam connectors by means of a fully automatic process involving robots that temporarily remove zinc and then replace it with special protective resin. The final result is a fully galvanized beam (both internally and externally), providing outstanding advantages in terms of durability, structural safety and environmental sustainability.
