Element Logic LogiMAT 2026: Efficient end-to-end intralogistics

Halle1, Stand H21

With intelligent entry-level and complete solutions, Element Logic will be presenting itself at LogiMAT 2026 (Hall 1, Booth H21) as a leading AutoStore solution provider and end-to-end system integrator for efficient intralogistics. The focus will be on a new modular IT platform for intelligently coordinated warehouse control, 3D emulation as a digital twin of complete systems, the new developments “FlexBins” and “AutoCase,” and the industry’s first subscription model “Automation as a Service” (AaaS).

Element Logic’s comprehensive range of products and services extends from initial consultation to system integration with a broad software portfolio. Element Logic works with customers to develop optimal workflows and future-proof warehouse concepts. At LogiMAT 2026 (Hall 1, Booth H21), the system integrator will present several new developments for greater efficiency in intralogistics. The main topics of the entire trade fair presentation will be explored in depth in separate live demonstrations on several screens.

Uniform warehouse control and intelligence

The new warehouse control system (WCS) from the Element Logic software suite will be presented in Stuttgart with an enhanced intelligence layer and user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUI). AI-based, it helps users execute large-volume operations, integrate best-in-class automation, and measure performance in real time. Interaction with the eController material flow computer, the cloud-based eLogiq data platform, and eManager, the brain of AutoStore, from the software suite unlocks the benefits of far-reaching warehouse intelligence. KPI dashboards via eLogiq ensure maximum process transparency. Coordinated process control integrates state-of-the-art systems such as the eOperator robot picking solution. With AI-based, self-learning system control, it enables AutoStore solutions with fully automated, robot-based piece picking. With newly developed modules for inventory management, workflow tracking, and employee performance, the new warehouse control system (WCS) also offers advanced analytics for evaluating warehouse data and insights in real time. This increases efficiency, throughput, and return on investment. Cloud infrastructure and managed services for warehouse IT reduce administrative overhead, increase system availability, and enable scalable performance.

„FlexBins“ and „AutoCase“ expand the range of applications for AutoStore

With the innovative new development “FlexBins,” a solution for different container sizes in AutoStore systems, system integrator Element Logic integrates additional logistics functions into AutoStore systems, thereby optimizing its customers‘ processes. Following “transfer cells” for direct container transfer to conveyor technology, AGVs, or AMRs, as well as the ‘eOperator’ robot picking solution for fully automated, robot-based piece picking, Element Logic has now brought “FlexBins,” its third innovative process optimization in the direct AutoStore environment, to market maturity. The new development enables the use of AutoStore systems with mixed container sizes for picking and consolidation. The solution has already been successfully implemented in initial pilot projects, is compatible with existing systems, and can be conveniently retrofitted without interrupting operations. The introduction of “FlexBins” thus marks a significant advance in cube storage automation. This also applies to “AutoCase,” a fourth innovation for the efficient, automated handling of cartons in inbound and outbound processes.

Automation-as-a Service – subscription-based automation model

AutoStore services without upfront investment or operating costs—that is a key aspect of the innovative, subscription-based automation model “Automation as a Service” (AaaS). With this model, Element Logic is pushing the boundaries of traditional automation. Designed as a rental model, AaaS gives the market cost-effective, complete access to AutoStore technology and the Element Logic software suite – with all the accounting benefits. High initial investments for customized automation solutions are now a thing of the past. The new automation offering combines AutoStore hardware and software with after-sales services and support in a flexible service package. Instead of expensive acquisition costs and long-term capital commitment, companies benefit from the rental model with predictable monthly billing based on performance indicators such as throughput and storage capacity. Clear availability guarantees ensure continuous operation and maximum performance. AaaS offers a needs analysis and system design, installation and integration of the AutoStore solution into existing processes, real-time monitoring, and proactive support. Software solutions from the Element Logic Warehouse Suite ensure coordinated processes and connection of the hardware to existing software systems.

Live Presentations-Talk

Under the title “Why buy automation when you can subscribe to it?”, Joachim Kieninger, Director of Strategic Business Development at Element Logic, and Kristian Rosseland, Vice President of Financial Services at Element Logic, will explain the background, content, and advantages of the new rental model in a presentation talk on the first day of the trade fair at 12:00 p.m. in the North Forum area in Hall 7.
