MiTek to showcase tailored mezzanine solutions for large-scale applications at LogiMAT 2026
Hall 1, Stand 1K46
At LogiMAT, Europe’s leading intralogistics trade fair, MiTek will be presenting mezzanine solutions for large warehouse and logistics operations. The systems create additional usable space and integrate seamlessly into both manual and automated warehouse environments.
The international specialist draws on decades of experience in the design and delivery of multi-level systems. A strong track record across a wide range of sectors, combined with close collaboration with system integrators and AutoStore partners, underpins solutions that perform reliably in real-world operations.
“We work across a wide range of industries – from automotive and fashion to food, e-commerce and omnichannel distribution. For almost every application and specific requirement, we can deliver the right solution,” says Bart Pulles, Operations & Sales Manager at MiTek.
“Our steel mezzanines are tailored to the individual needs of each customer. We offer a complete service – from initial consultation and design through to implementation and turnkey delivery.”
Greenfield and Brownfield projects
MiTek’s clients include Amazon, Decathlon, DHL, Jaguar Land Rover and H&M. For Next, the UK’s largest retailer, MiTek recently delivered a steel mezzanine solution providing more than 100,000 m² of floor space across five levels.
“We work closely with both end users and leading international system integrators, as well as AutoStore partners,” Pulles adds.
“Whether a project is Greenfield or Brownfield, the earlier we are involved in the planning, the more efficiently our steel solutions can be integrated into the overall warehouse concept.”
As Pulles concludes: Partnership, Precision and Performance are the key factors behind a successful mezzanine project.
Flexible, scalable, cost-effective
Early involvement in the planning of a warehouse project allows MiTek to maximise the value of a mezzanine solution. Key requirements are incorporated from the outset, ensuring the resulting systems are flexible, scalable and cost-effective.
“If a customer wants to keep the option open to automate their intralogistics in the future – even if operations are manual at the time of order – we take this into account from the outset,” Pulles explains. “We design structures that can accommodate the higher loads associated with automated systems. At the same time, we pay close attention to avoiding both over- and under-engineering. Some customers don’t require a high-end solution; a more cost-effective mid-range option is often perfectly sufficient. Depending on the customer’s anticipated future business needs, we always recommend the solution that makes the most sense.”
Steel construction for AutoStore systems
“The use of mezzanines in automated systems is steadily increasing, particularly as a supporting structure for AutoStore,” says Pulles. These compact storage systems can be installed at ground level or across one or several stacked levels. MiTek has extensive experience delivering AutoStore projects in Germany, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
In addition to steel structures forming the base for AutoStore grids, the company’s portfolio also includes tunnel installations, maintenance platforms, bridges, stairways and intermediate levels for picking operations.
With decades of experience, a broad portfolio of steel mezzanine solutions and close collaboration with system integrators and AutoStore partners, MiTek is ready to demonstrate how tailored, high-performance mezzanines can maximise warehouse space and efficiency – whatever the size or complexity of the project.
