Focus on efficiency in in-company transportation

Hall 10, Stand G11

From 24 to 26 March 2026, Blickle Räder+Rollen GmbH & Co. KG will be presenting innovative solutions for current and future intralogistics requirements at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. In Hall 10, Stand G11, visitors can expect a newly designed 130 square metre exhibition stand – clearly focused on efficiency, ergonomics and safety in in-company transportation. The stand is divided into different thematic areas such as ErgoMove, safety, customising and product range expertise, and showcases Blickle’s holistic approach to solutions – from intelligent drive systems and new material technologies to customer-specific special solutions.

ErgoMove: Live demonstration of electric drive systems for ergonomic material flow

With its ErgoMove drive systems, Blickle actively supports users in starting, steering and braking transport devices. Physical effort is significantly reduced, while ergonomics and occupational safety are increased. The modular plug & play system allows easy integration into existing transport solutions – for applications up to 4,000 kilograms. At LogiMAT 2026, Blickle is focusing on a practical trade fair concept: a driving track at the stand shows three transport trolleys in live operation with ErgoMove 500, ErgoMove 1000 and ErgoMove 4000. Regular live demonstrations allow visitors to experience the performance and operating comfort first-hand.

New polyurethane treads for dynamic applications

Another highlight is three new polyurethane tread types developed for high mechanical and dynamic loads. Two new PU types offer particularly high tear resistance and are significantly more resistant to high torques – ideal for drive wheels in intralogistics and with a noticeably extended service life. Another material sets new standards for high-speed applications: it guarantees high residual load-bearing capacities even at speeds above 25 km/h, thereby increasing safety and reliability in particularly dynamic areas of application.

Safety, customisation and product range expertise

In addition to ErgoMove and the material innovations, Blickle shows how the standard range, individual special solutions and comprehensive consulting expertise can be effectively combined. With over 30,000 standard wheels and castors and distinctive development and manufacturing expertise, Blickle positions itself as a reliable solution provider for almost any transport task in internal material flow.
