The ASCO Active Dry Ice Saw – AAS cuts up to 600 dry ice blocks per hour up to a thickness of 70 mm into two or three pieces. Depending on the requirements, the active dry ice saw can be converted to the optional double saw blades in just a few minutes. This means that smaller, non-standard, high-quality block sizes can also be produced. While the usual production cycle remains unchanged, the block output doubles or triples. Die ASCO Aktiv-Trockeneissäge – AAS zersägt bis zu 600 Trockeneisblöcke pro Stunde mit einer Dicke von maximal 70 mm in zwei bzw. drei Teile. Je nach Bedarf kann die Aktiv-Trockeneissäge in wenigen Minuten auf die optionalen doppelten Sägeblätter umgerüstet werden. Somit lassen sich auch kleinere, nicht standardmässige, qualitativ hochwertige Blockgrössen produzieren. Während der gewohnte Produktionszyklus unverändert bleibt, verdoppelt bzw. verdreifacht sich der Block-Output. This allows either to produce two identical or different pellet sizes simultaneously. The ASCO P55i reaches a production capacity of 550 kg/h and belongs to the latest i-Series generation. The ASCO P55i dry ice pelletizer is equipped with a large Siemens 12 inch-touchscreen-control panel. The touchscreen display can be used to overview all production as well as machine data, among other things.
