Das von Daiichi Sankyo vergebene Golden Ticket 2025 für den BioM-Inkubator MAxL geht an RNhale. Mit dieser Auszeichnung erhält das Start-up aus Martinsried die Möglichkeit, seine Forschung zu RNA-basierten Therapien für Lungenerkrankungen ein Jahr lang kostenfrei im MAxL-Inkubator im Innovations- und Gründerzentrum Biotechnologie (IZB) Martinsried voranzutreiben. BioM und Universität Augsburg stärken Gründungen in der Biomedizin
Die Universität Augsburg und die bayerische Biotech-Clusterorganisation BioM Biotech Cluster Development GmbH haben eine Absichtserklärung (Letter of Intent, LOI) unterzeichnet, die den Grundstein für eine vertrauensvolle Kooperation legt. Ziel der Partnerschaft ist es, vorhandene Synergien im Bereich der medizinischen Biologie zu bündeln und gemeinsam innovative Ansätze in Forschung, deren Übersetzung in die Anwendung und eine dynamische Gründungsunterstützung voranzutreiben. 2.5 million euros for five research teams from Bavaria
With 2.5 million euros in total funding, the Bavarian m4 Award supports innovative biomedical research projects. The selected research projects deal with the major widespread diseases Alzheimer’s, cancer and rheumatoid arthritis and provide solutions for RNA therapies. The prize money is intended to enable the winners to spin off from the academy.
