CRONIMET Gruppe hat herausforderndes Jahr 2025 gemeistert
Die CRONIMET Holding Gruppe mit Sitz in Karlsruhe hat sich im Geschäftsjahr 2025 erfolgreich den anspruchsvollen geopolitischen Rahmenbedingungen gestellt. Das familiengeführte Unternehmen erzielte einen Umsatz von 2,37 Milliarden Euro und ein Betriebsergebnis von 33 Millionen Euro. Die Absatzmenge blieb im Geschäftsjahr 2025 auf Vorjahresniveau, während der Umsatzrückgang um ca. 10% im Wesentlichen auf das niedrigere Materialpreisniveau zurückzuführen ist. CRONIMET Gruppe schließt Geschäftsjahr 2024 mit zufriedenstellendem Betriebsergebnis ab
Das Geschäftsjahr 2024 hat die CRONIMET Holding Gruppe mit Sitz in Karlsruhe mit einem Umsatz von über 2,6 Milliarden Euro abgeschlossen. Gegenüber dem Jahr 2023 ist der Umsatz um ca. 380 Millionen Euro gesunken. Dies ist neben einer geringfügig geringeren Absatzmenge vor allem mit gesunkenen Materialpreisen zu begründen. Die vor allem in Europa schwache Wirtschaftslage sowie die weiterhin sehr großen geopolitischen Unsicherheiten waren die bedeutendsten Herausforderungen für das zu 100 Prozent in Familienbesitz befindliche Unternehmen. Trotzdem konnte das Jahr 2024 positiv mit einem Betriebsergebnis von 68 Millionen Euro abgeschlossen werden. The report for 2023 once again refers to the internationally recognized standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The CRONIMET Group is expanding its family of companies to include MetallPlast Recykling spol. s.r.o. A corresponding contract for the purchase of 100% of the shares was signed at the beginning of August 2024 and the closing conditions were met on September 6, 2024. The CRONIMET Group has sold its shares in the Australian joint venture with EQ Resources Limited (EQR), which specialises in the extraction of tungsten concentrate, to its business partner.
