Ist Deutschland ein Land der Blaumacher? Viele Topmanager deutscher Unternehmen beklagen öffentlich die Arbeitsmoral ihrer Angestellten. Doch auch das Gegenteil kann der Fall sein: Eine aktuelle Umfrage im Auftrag des Deutschen Gewerkschaftsbundes (DGB) zeigt, dass Millionen Menschen arbeiten, obwohl sie eigentlich nicht fit sind. TUM-Studierende bringen frische Ideen in Unternehmen
Fünf Tage lang arbeiten Studierende der Technischen Universität München (TUM) vor allem in kleinen und mittleren Betrieben (KMU) und lösen dort reale Geschäftsprobleme, um die Unternehmenskultur, Herausforderungen und das Angebot von KMU als zukünftige Arbeitgeber zu verstehen. Masterstudierende aus vielen verschiedenen Nationen, aus allen Fakultäten der TUM und sogar von TUM Asia, waren vertreten. Sie bildeten 40 interdisziplinäre Teams, die in 35 Unternehmen von Unterföhring bis Leipzig in Branchen wie IT, Automobil, Medizintechnik, Sicherheit, Banken, Versicherungen, Bauwesen, Beratung und Mobilität tätig waren. The “1000+ Project Week” builds a bridge between science and business: for five days, students from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) work primarily in small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), where they solve real business problems as a means to understand the business culture, challenges and offerings of SMEs as a future employer. Master’s students from many different nations, from all TUM schools and even from TUM Asia, were represented. Davos leuchtet in Pink
Für die Delegation des TUM Campus Heilbronn war sie in Pink getaucht – die Farbe des AI House. Farbenfroh waren auch die Diskussionen und der Austausch bei zwei gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen. The week in Davos was marked by innovation, networking and the targeted transfer of modern technologies for the common good. For the delegation of the TUM Campus Heilbronn, it was bathed in pink – the color of the AI House. The discussions and exchanges at two joint events were also colorful. Ein Lichtblick sind die regelmäßig stattfindenden SDG Labs als Zusammenkommen von Vertreterinnen und Vertretern aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik, die sich das Ziel gesetzt haben, die 17 Nachhaltigkeitsziele (Sustainable Development Goals) der Vereinten Nationen zu erreichen.
