INNEXIS Announces Further Site Acquisition in Austria
. ▪ INNEXIS plans to acquire a multi-user site from Novartis in Kundl including certain infrastructure facilities and real estate business services. As part of the transaction, 30 employees will be transferred to INNEXIS. ▪ With this move, the internationally active group headquartered in Marburg strengthens its role as one of the leading owners and operators of pharma & life science parks in Europe. ▪ As the new owner and operator of the Kundl site, INNEXIS plans to further develop the site economically while simultaneously driving its sustainable, climate-friendly orientation.
