More efficiency, speed and reliability in the beverage can packaging process: KHS has automated the product infeed and formatting on its packing systems in the Innopack Advanced series and Innopal PB palletizers with robot grouping. This makes the switch to new products much faster and simpler than processes involving manual format changeovers. Up to 30 minutes can therefore be saved per format conversion. Mehr Effizienz, Geschwindigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Verpackungsprozess von Getränkedosen: KHS automatisiert die Produktzufuhr und Formatierung seiner Packsysteme der Innopack-Advanced-Baureihe sowie Palettierer Innopal PB mit Robotergruppierung. Im Vergleich zum manuellen Formatwechsel wird eine deutlich schnellere und einfachere Umstellung auf neue Produkte erzielt. Pro Formatumstellung lässt sich somit eine Zeitersparnis von bis zu 30 Minuten realisieren. Gleichzeitig erhöht sich die Reproduzierbarkeit durch eine konstante Einstellgenauigkeit beim Wechsel. Clever further development: with its bottle clip the KHS Group now adds a further resource-conserving alternative to its successful Nature MultiPack packaging system. The combination of tried-and-tested adhesive dots plus a new cardboard carrying handle makes for a stable pack of PET beverage bottles.
