Neuer Standort in Indien – Krones.digital wächst international
Als 2022 Krones.digital gegründet wurde, ging Krones einen neuen Weg in der Zusammenarbeit: ausgelegt als Matrixorganisation arbeiten IT-Spezialisten weltweit in einer Community zusammen, um Lösungen für eine digitalisierte und automatisierte Produktion zu entwickeln. „Die Matrixorganisation ermöglicht es, dass unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen über globale Bereichs- und Firmengrenzen hinweg gemeinsam denken und arbeiten. Alle arbeiten in übergreifenden Entwicklungstribes, welche international koordiniert werden. New canning line for beer bottling centre to fill smaller batches
The Rittmayer Hallerndorf Brewery, one of Germany’s oldest family-owned breweries, celebrated its 600th anniversary in the autumn of 2022. The company not only brews roughly 30,000 hectolitres of beer per year in the finest of craft traditions. It also operates as a co-packer for both smaller and larger breweries with its state-of-the-art filling centre. For a good 20 years now, Rittmayer has filled a vast array of highly disparate beers (up to 100,000 hectolitres a year) into a total of nine different bottle shapes. Krones hat heute den Geschäftsbericht 2022 veröffentlicht und bestätigt die Vorabzahlen. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat schlagen der Hauptversammlung für das Jahr 2022 eine Dividende von 1,75 Euro je Aktie vor (Vorjahr: 1,40 Euro je Aktie). Der Vorstand prognostiziert für das Gesamtjahr 2023 ein Umsatzwachstum von 8 % bis 11 % bei einer verbesserten EBITDA-Marge von 9 % bis 10 % (Ist-Wert 2022: 8,9 %) und einem höheren ROCE von 15 % bis 17 % (Ist-Wert 2022: 14,1 %). Krones today published its 2022 Annual Report and confirmed its preliminary figures. At the Annual General Meeting for 2022, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of €1.75 per share (previous year: €1.40 per share). For the full year 2023, the Executive Board is forecasting revenue growth of 8% to 11%, with an improved EBITDA margin of 9% to 10% (2022 actual: 8.9%) and ROCE of 15% to 17% (2022 actual: 14.1%). Krones grew strongly in 2022. Revenue went up by 15.8% year on year to €4,209.3 million. Due to very high customer demand, order intake improved by 34.0% to €5,782.8 million. The order backlog reached €3,466.4 million (up 83.1%). Krones further strengthened profitability. EBITDA improved by 19.4% in 2022 to €373.3 million. The EBITDA margin increased from 8.1% in the previous year (excluding one-off effects) to 8.9%. The company generated free cash flow of €371.0 million in 2022 (previous year: €203.3 million). Krones ist 2022 kräftig gewachsen. Der Umsatz stieg im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 15,8 % auf 4.209,3 Mio. Euro. Aufgrund der sehr hohen Kundennachfrage legte der Auftragseingang um 34,0 % auf 5.782,8 Mio. Euro Der Auftragsbestand erreichte 3.466,4 Mio. Euro (+ 83,1 %). Die Ertragskraft hat Krones weiter gestärkt. Das EBITDA verbesserte sich 2022 um 19,4 % auf 373,3 Mio. Euro. Die EBITDA-Marge stieg von 8,1 % im Vorjahr (ohne einmalige Effekte) auf 8,9 %.
