PEAK.DMS digitizes and automates the Annopol tram depot in Warsaw
The Polish public transport operator Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z o.o. has successfully commissioned Peak Mobility’s depot management system PEAK.DMS at the Annopol tram depot. The solution digitizes and largely automates key depot processes—from vehicle identification and tracking after entering the depot, to automated route setting, through to parking. The goal is to shorten turnaround times, reduce manual interventions, and optimize the utilization of depot infrastructure. The Annopol depot is operated by Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z o.o., the largest tram operator in Poland. Das polnische Verkehrsunternehmen Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z o.o. hat das Depot Management System PEAK.DMS der Peak Mobility im Straßenbahndepot Annopol erfolgreich in Betrieb genommen. Damit werden zentrale Abläufe im Depotbetrieb digitalisiert und weitgehend automatisiert von der Fahrzeugidentifikation und Ortung nach der Einfahrt über die automatische Fahrwegsteuerung bis zur Abstellung. Ziel ist es, Durchlaufzeiten zu verkürzen, manuelle Eingriffe zu reduzieren und die Auslastung der Infrastruktur zu optimieren. Das Depot Annopol wird von Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z o.o. betrieben, dem größten Straßenbahnunternehmen in Polen. Auf dem rund 12–14 Hektar großen Betriebshof werden über 150 Straßenbahnen für ihre Fahrten vorbereitet und abgestellt.
