Primion celebrates its 30th anniversary with social commitment in Sigmaringen
The first initiative is the St. Franziskus employment facility run by Caritas in Sigmaringen. The facility offers around 70 people with mental disabilities meaningful work, individual support and the chance to reintegrate into the primary labour market or find long-term employment in a protected environment. Tasks range from packaging work for international companies to services in printing, layout and administration, as well as training measures and municipal green space maintenance. The facility has been using a time recording system from Primion since 2019. Den Auftakt macht die Beschäftigungseinrichtung St. Franziskus der Caritas in Sigmaringen. Die Einrichtung bietet rund 70 Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit, individuelle Förderung sowie die Chance auf Wiedereingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt oder eine langfristige Beschäftigung in einem geschützten Rahmen. Die Aufgaben reichen von Verpackungsarbeiten für internationale Unternehmen über Dienstleistungen in Druck, Layout und Verwaltung bis hin zu Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und kommunaler Grünpflege. Seit 2019 setzt die Einrichtung auf ein Zeiterfassungssystem von Primion.
