Im Präzisionsschleifzentrum von RAMPF Machine Systems wurde jüngst das 10.000ste Maschinenbett aus Mineralguss geschliffen. Das hochmoderne Werk im unterfränkischen Bessenbach bietet neben der hochgenauen Bearbeitung von Maschinenbetten und Maschinenkomponenten aus eigener Herstellung auch ein ganzheitliches Dienstleistungskonzept für das Lohnschleifen von Mineralguss, Hartgestein, Ultrahochleistungsbeton und Keramik sowie klassischer Werkstoffe wie Grauguss und Stahl. „Wir sind sehr stolz auf diese Leistung“, sagt Wolfgang Goldmann, Head of Precision Manufacturing bei RAMPF Machine Systems. „Das Präzisionsschleifzentrum hat sich seit der Gründung in 2010 als leistungsstarker, innovativer und zuverlässiger Partner der Industrie etabliert. RAMPF Machine Systems’ Precision Grinding Center recently machined the 10,000th machine bed made of mineral casting. At the ultra-modern plant in Bessenbach, Germany, RAMPF grinds its own high-precision machine components and offers a holistic contract grinding service concept for mineral casting, hard stone, ultra-high-performance concrete, ceramics, as well as gray cast iron and steel.
