From February 16 to April 16, 2023, ritterwerk’s 115-year history will be on display at the Pasinger Fabrik Cultural and Civic Centre. The exhibition covers the most important events in the company’s history, as well as the development stages of individual appliances, from prototype to series product. ritterwerk – Die Geschichte eines Unternehmens in Pasing
Das Kultur- und Bürgerzentrum Pasinger Fabrik stellt im Zeitraum vom 16.02.2023 bis zum 16.04.2023 die mehr als 115 Jahre lange Firmengeschichte von ritterwerk aus. Die Ausstellung umfasst die wichtigsten Ereignisse der Unternehmensgeschichte, sowie die Entwicklungsschritte einzelner Geräte vom Prototyp bis hin zum Serienprodukt. Des Weiteren werden Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit und Reparaturfähigkeit der Geräte veranschaulicht. Die ritterwerk GmbH wurde 1905, als Firma F. Ritter & Sohn, von Franz Ritter in Sendling gegründet. Bis zur Einführung von rostfreiem Stahl war das Kernprodukt des Unternehmens die Messerputzmaschine, womit man Besteck vom Rost befreien konnte. The long wait for the ambiente 2023 is rewarded with product innovation
The ambiente trade fair will be held in Frankfurt again this year after a two-year break and ritterwerk is back with a new suspended food slicer. The sono2 is of course- like all ritterwerk products – "made in Germany" and will be available in silver as well as in black. The renowned food slicer E 16 will also be available in silver and black in the future. The new sono2 food slicer will be presented to the public at ambiente 2023 in Frankfurt.
