Im Rahmen der Messe METEC 2023 hat Inner Mongolia Chuangyuan Plate Co., Ltd. einen Auftrag an SMS group vergeben. Der Vertrag umfasst zwei vollständige Aluminium-Kaltwalzwerke in Sexto-Bauweise mit CVC® plus-Technologie für eine Breite von 1.850 Millimetern bzw. 2.300 Millimetern. Das Unternehmen Inner Mongolia Chuangyuan Plate Co., Ltd. ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Shandong Innovation Group. Die 2002 gegründete Shandong Innovation Group verfügt derzeit über mehr als 20 Tochtergesellschaften und ist hinsichtlich der Produktionskapazität weltweit die Nummer eins im Bereich Aluminium. X-Pact®-Elektrik und -Automationstechnologie ersetzt das vor zwanzig Jahren von einem Drittanbieter installierte Automationssystem Modernisierung konnte ohne zusätzliche Stillstandszeiten erfolgreich während des Jahresstillstands durchgeführt werden Das vorhandene Automationssystem der Warmbandstraße bei ArcelorMittal Tubarão, Brasilien, wurde von SMS group erfolgreich modernisiert. Das Projekt für die neue Automatisierung von Vorstraße und Staucher, die 20 Jahre zuvor von einem Fremdanbieter geliefert wurden, erforderte intensive Vorbereitungen sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Parteien. Dadurch konnte die Modernisierung während des regulären Jahresstillstands ohne zusätzliche Stillstandszeiten durchgeführt werden. The new automation project for the roughing mill and edger, which were delivered twenty years ago by another supplier, required intensive preparations and close cooperation between the parties involved. This enabled the upgrade to be carried out during the regular annual shutdown without the need for separate downtimes.
