Efficy appoints Jan Ivar Borgersen as Chairman of the Board and enters a 2nd phase in its European expansion
Jan Ivar Borgersen has more than 30 years of experience from Board- and management positions in large multinational software companies. He built up, restructured and centralized several companies, as well as successfully completing numerous complex mergers. For 10 years he was a member of Visma Top Management and brought the company from being a pure Norwegian player to the position as a one of Europe’s leading software companies.
Jan Ivar joins Efficy’s board to enable the Brussels based CRM publisher to become the European champion. Over the last ten years, Efficy has acquired one company a year, in average, and the ambition is to reach €100M as turnovers in 2024.

Jan Ivar Borgersen’s arrival will improve Efficy’s corporate governance structure. He will complete the Board, composed until now with Efficy founders, Fortino associates and Noshaq associates. Efficy’s ambition remains the same 53. Become 5 times bigger and represent 5% of the CRM market share in Europe in 2024.
