Support for Microsoft SQL Server Express 2025 increases the maximum database size from 10 GB to 50 GB. This allows organizations to manage larger archive volumes without requiring additional database licenses. The solution also supports PostgreSQL 18, a high-performance open-source database with support through 2030.

Cloud Storage Integration for Hybrid Archiving Strategies
New storage adapters enable the use of Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure as archive storage platforms. Archive data can therefore be stored directly in cloud storage or integrated into hybrid storage architectures.

Version 4.2 introduces scheduled file validation capabilities, enabling the automatic and regular verification of archived document integrity.
