Barracuda Project 2.0 on a Widebody Ford Edge

More specifically, owner Sascha’s Edge is fitted with Project 2.0 wheels from Barracuda’s Ultralight Series. Thanks to the Flow Forged manufacturing process, these wheels are very lightweight. Despite their generous dimensions of 9×21 inches, they weigh only about 11.9 kilograms. The tires measure 245/40R21 and, with their high-gloss black brushed finish, the rims match the black paintwork of the Ford perfectly.

To further enhance its eye-catching qualities, the Edge received a fender flares upgrade from SS Tuning, which specializes in such widebodies for Ford models. In addition to the fender extensions, the kit also includes attachments for the side skirts and rear apron. The front end has also been modified. It features a radiator grille without a brand logo and a spoiler lip, among other things. An Air Lift Performance air suspension system perfectly rounds off the look. At the touch of a button, it allows the Edge, which is typically somewhat high-legged ex works, to sit extremely low and firmly on the road. Last but not least, a Brembo brake system ensures optimized deceleration values.
