PALLITE® Showcases PIX® Sustainable Warehouse Storage at LogiMAT

PALLITE® is highlighting the growing adoption of its PIX® warehouse storage system, a flexible and sustainable alternative to traditional racking and cardboard picking bins, as demand increases for space-efficient and adaptable warehousing solutions.

PALLITE® PIX® was designed to overcome the inflexibility of steel racking and the durability issues associated with conventional cardboard storage. Manufactured using super-strong honeycomb paperboard, PIX® delivers the strength required for demanding warehouse environments while remaining lightweight and fully flexible.

Each PIX® unit can support up to 500kg, with configurable pick faces ranging from 3 to 400 per unit, allowing warehouse operators to respond quickly to changes in SKU size, weight and volume. The modular design improves pick accuracy by keeping products securely retained, helping to reduce picking errors and wasted time caused by fallen stock.

With a palletised base, PIX® units can be moved easily within a warehouse or relocated entirely, enabling rapid reconfiguration of picking layouts or seamless transfer to new facilities without extended downtime. Variants such as PIX® SLOTS, with straight or rearward-angled shelving, and the PIX® XL Bin Box for larger apparel items further extend the system’s flexibility across different product categories.
