The third-generation family-run corporation has a global footprint of more than 1,300 employees, multiple production and service sites worldwide, and more than 1,000 vacuum equipment installations around the world.
Given this expertise and these capabilities, and following a carefully planned succession, VON ARDENNE safeguards the operation of the FTG vacuum web coating equipment and future developments through seamless support. Following this transaction, VON ARDENNE strengthens its position as a global leading provider of roll-to-roll vacuum coating equipment.
