DATA MODUL is expanding the product line of its modular embedded board family and, based on the successful i.MX8M processor series, presents the new i.MX8MPlus, a new and particularly powerful single board computer (SBC) that among other things is ideally suited for a wide range of AI applications. Despite the board’s compact form of 140x80mm, a large number of different interfaces are already supported on-board and these can be expanded via additional modules according to customer requirements. Following intensive consultations as well as risk assessments with regard to a potential upcoming Covid-19 autumn wave in Munich, DATA MODUL has decided to cancel this year’s participation at electronica in November 2022. 55" monitor from DATA MODUL again achieves top ratings in fire behaviour tests Munich, 4th August 2022 The new 55" monitor from DATA MODUL’s Narrow Bezel series, has achieved the outstanding classification "A2-s1, d0" in fire behaviour tests conducted by the “Materialprüfanstalt für das Bauwesen in Braunschweig” (Material Testing Institute for Construction in Braunschweig (MPA-BS)). “A2” means that the monitor is non-combustible. Furthermore, the parameter “s1” stands for “little or no smoke” and “d0” confirms that “no flaming droplets” Already back in 2019, the monitors of the Munich-based high-tech company received this rating.
