Mit Wirkung zum 04.10.2022 hat die D.W.RENZMANN Apparatebau aus Monzingen den Geschäftsbereich Reinigungstechnik der BOUS International übernommen. Das Unternehmen firmiert zukünftig als BOUS RENZMANN Cleantech GmbH. Die 1969 gegründete D.W.RENZMANN Apparatebau aus Monzingen entwickelt, fertigt und vertreibt mit rund 115 Mitarbeitern Waschmaschinen und Destillieranlagen für die grafische und die farbherstellende Industrie. In beiden Segmenten nimmt das Unternehmen weltweit eine führende Stellung ein. Internationale Betreuungsteams und Servicetechniker sowie ein Netz mit mehr als 75 internationale Vertreter und Partnern gewährleisten sowohl fachliche und intensive Kundenberatung als auch eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen. RENZMANN uses AR glasses to support on-site technicians
Currently, RENZMANN technicians cannot travel to every customer to provide on-site service support. Therefore, the support of our service team is extended by this possibility. As a rule, it is easier to detect an error or problem if you have a picture of the situation on site. The use of the new AR glasses also offers the possibility to obtain live images from explosion-protected areas, as the devices have appropriate approval. Aktuell können RENZMANN Techniker nicht zu jedem Kunden reisen um vor Ort Serviceunterstützung zu gewährleisten. Daher wird die Unterstützung durch unser Service Team um diese Möglichkeit erweitert. Climate and immission protection regulations make specific demands on cleaning processes, such as the restrictive use of solvents. Distillation model ROTOmaX vaporizes and condenses used solvent in a sustainable process, minimizing the quantity of highly viscous waste.
