Jenoptik, a leading manufacturer of smart mobility solutions, is delivering one of the world’s first distracted driver programs to an Australian customer. The company has a three-year contract with an optional two-year extension with a value of approx. 10 million euros. Der Aufsichtsrat der JENOPTIK AG hat folgende Änderungen im Vorstand beschlossen: Mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2023 wird Dr. Ralf Kuschnereit in den Vorstand berufen. Dr. Kuschnereit leitet die Division Advanced Photonic Solutions und ist Mitglied des Executive Management Committee der Jenoptik. Der Aufsichtsrat hat darüber hinaus Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek zum neuen Finanzvorstand bestellt. Dr. Havranek-Kosicek wird mit Wirkung vom 1.
