The Lübeck-based Possehl Group, an internationally active, diversified industrial conglomerate, is acquiring the remaining shares in manroland Goss web systems GmbH, the leading provider of web offset printing solutions, effective October 1, 2026. The Possehl Group previously held a 51 percent stake and will continue to provide full financing for the company. The former co-shareholder, American Industrial Partners (AIP), is exiting the shareholder structure. Die erste IDCsmart-Nachrüstung an einer M600 in Asien
In nur drei Monaten hat ein Team internationaler Experten die Druckmaschine vom Typ M600 unseres Kunden C&C Joint Printing Co. (H.K.) von China an dessen neuen Produktionsstandort in Vietnam verlegt und eine gezielte Modernisierung der Maschine durchgeführt. In der Vergangenheit hatten veraltete Druckmaschinen mit ungleichmäßigen Farbdichten, hohen Ausschussquoten, Farbabweichungen und wiederkehrenden Störungen zu kämpfen. Zudem waren die veralteten Steuerungssysteme zu langsam und wenig zuverlässig, und das Fehlen eines Online-Steuerungssystems erschwerte die Bedienung der Anlagen. Herausforderung Angesichts immer strengerer Anforderungen an Druckqualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit stieß das bestehende Farbsteuerungssystem der M600 an seine Grenzen. In just three months, a team of international experts relocated our client C&C Joint Printing Co. (H.K.)’s M600 printing press from China to its new production base in Vietnam and carried out a selective modernisation of the press. In the past, ageing printing presses were plagued by inconsistent ink density, high wastage rates, colour deviations and recurring complaints.
