Auch wenn es viele Goldfunde gibt, ist der Abbau oft nicht lohnend, auch wenn durch den technologischen Fortschritt immer geringere Goldgehalte den Bau einer Mine rechtfertigen. The number of e-cars is growing – lithium is in demand
. The number of electric cars is increasing worldwide. Battery raw materials such as lithium are in high demand. Almost 100,000 new electric cars were registered in Germany in the first quarter of 2023. Last year, around 470,000 pure electric vehicles were registered, a record figure. Production capacities in Germany are increasing, as is demand from abroad. Therefore, it is expected that 50 percent more electric cars will be built in Germany in 2023, compared to the previous year. . Weltweit nimmt die Zahl der Elektroautos zu. Da sind Batterierohstoffe wie Lithium stark gefragt. Fast 100.000 neue Elektroautos sind hierzulande im ersten Quartal 2023 an Neuzulassungen hinzugekommen. Im vergangenen Jahr wurden zirka 470.000 reine Elektrofahrzeuge zugelassen, dies war ein Rekordwert. Die Produktionskapazitäten in Deutschland steigen ebenso wie die Nachfrage aus dem Ausland. Gold holds above US$2,000 per ounce
The gold market is currently hectic, something is happening. However, a new all-time high has not yet been reached. The gold price has already reached a new 13-month high of over USD 2,050. It is still largely assumed that the Fed will raise interest rates by a further 25 basis points in May. Just now there was some profit-taking in the precious metal.
