LAPP Geschäftsjahr 2024: Leichter Umsatzrückgang, aber starke Investitionen
Von der schwächelnden Weltwirtschaft ist auch die LAPP Gruppe nicht verschont geblieben. Das Unternehmen verzeichnete im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 2024 aber nur ein leichtes Minus. Grund: Umsatzrückgänge in den europäischen Heimatmärkten konnte das Familienunternehmen durch große Zugewinne in Asien abfedern. Trotz des schwierigen Marktumfelds hält LAPP an seinem Investitionsprogramm fest. Der Weltmarktführer für integrierte Lösungen und Markenprodukte im Bereich der Kabel- und Verbindungstechnologie erzielte im Geschäftsjahr 2024 (1. Oktober – 30. September) einen Umsatz von 1,82 Milliarden Euro (Geschäftsjahr 2023: 1,92 Milliarden Euro). Das Familienunternehmen blieb damit mit einem Minus von 5,3 Prozent leicht unter Vorjahresniveau. LAPP fördert Doktorandin im MINT-Bereich an der Hochschule Heilbronn mit Vollstipendium
LAPP, Weltmarktführer für integrierte Lösungen im Bereich der Kabel- und Verbindungstechnologie, und die Hochschule Heilbronn haben heute eine Kooperation vereinbart. Das nach der Gründerin des Familienunternehmens benannte “Ursula Ida Lapp Promotions-Stipendium" unterstützt weibliche Promovierende mit einer Gesamtförderhöhe von 80.000 bis zu 100.000 Euro. Ziel des Vollstipendiums ist es, einen Beitrag zu mehr Chancengleichheit für Frauen mit besonderen Herausforderungen im MINT-Bereich zu leisten.
