Change in the LAPP Holding AG Supervisory Board

Peter Schmid has been a member of the Board of Directors at Lapp Tec AG in Diessenhofen since 2014. The Swiss subsidiary develops and produces sophisticated plastic solutions. As the proprietor of Schmid Rechtsanwälte in Zurich, Peter Schmid mainly deals with family companies in matters relating to company law, contract law and capital market law. He also acts as an arbitrator in legal proceedings.
The supervisory body at Lapp Holding AG currently comprises three members: Siegbert E. Lapp as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Other members are Dr Hans Schumacher, the former Chairman and Managing Director of Dürr Systems GmbH and Peter Schmid.
