LayTec develops and manufactures integrated optical in-situ metrology for thin-film deposition and etch processes, in-line metrology for roll-to-roll or conveyer-based production lines, as well as stand-alone wafer mapping systems. LayTec’s in-situ metrology tools provide real-time access to all key parameters during deposition or etch processes and connects to equipment and process control systems.
