Mayfair Gold to Commence Trading on the NYSE American Under the Ticker “MINE” on January 27, 2026

Mayfair Gold Corp. (“Mayfair”, “Mayfair Gold”, or the “Company”) (TSX-V: MFG; OTCQX: MFGCD) (- https://www.commodity-tv.com/play/mayfair-gold-developing-a-gold-project-on-the-fast-track-to-production-in-ontario-canada/ -) is pleased to announce that it has received approval to list its common shares (the “Common Shares”) on the NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”) with trading expected to commence on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 under the symbol “MINE”. The Company will remain listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “MFG”.

Concurrent with the start of trading on the NYSE American, the Common Shares will cease trading on the OTCQX. Shareholders are not required to take any action. The Company recommends that investors who have bought shares on the OTCQX monitor their accounts to ensure that their holdings correctly reflect the new ticker symbol.

Mayfair Gold is a Canadian gold development stage company focused on advancing the 100% controlled Fenn-Gib Project in the Timmins region of Northern Ontario.
