To support this, our systems are equipped with an internal logger that tracks nebulizer performance over time. This allows users to monitor nebulizer condition throughout its lifetime and provides guidance on when cleaning or inspection is required.

To ensure that the best possible equipment is available right from the start of every experiment, we have now decided to introduce certified nebulizer output rates:
- Nebulizers are extensively tested in-house
- Output rates are verified and certified
- Devices are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized
- directly shipped to the customer
This added step helps reduce variability, saves time during experimental setup, and supports high-quality, reproducible aerosol exposure studies from day one.
