Seit über einem Jahr hält auch bei CONEC die Pandemie alle in Atem. Schon sehr früh hat man bei CONEC reagiert. Bereits im April letzten Jahres wurde die Maskenpflicht eingeführt, vielen Mitarbeitern wurde das mobile Arbeiten ermöglicht und Microsoft Teams (Videokonferenzen) installiert, überall im Unternehmen wurden Desinfektionssprayspender aufgestellt, in der Produktion hat man mobile Trennwände installiert und die Produktionsabläufe so umorganisiert, dass für alle Mitarbeiter der größtmögliche Schutz gegeben ist. Auch in diesem Jahr übernimmt CONEC eine Vorreiterrolle was die Corona-Prävention betrifft. Im Februar wurde das Kontaktverfolgungssystem UBUDO eingeführt und seit ca. 6 Wochen wird jedem Mitarbeiter wöchentlich die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich freiwillig einem Corona-Schnelltest zu unterziehen. Patch cord M12x1 X-coded
The need for high data transmission rates is growing continuously as a result of increasing decentralization in the industrial environment. More and more nodes in the field level have to exchange large amounts of data in real time. The M12 X-coded connector was developed to ensure reliable transmission of up to 10 Gbit/s in industrial environments with Cat.6A performance. The CONEC range of connection cables with Cat. 6A performance is implemented by the M12 X-coded to M12 X-coded version and by the design of M12 X-coded to RJ45. Der Bedarf von hohen Datenübertragungsraten wird durch fortschreitende Dezentralisierung im industriellen Umfeld immer größer. With the newly developed CONEC hybrid connector series (B12, B17, B23, B40), a compact hybrid connector system has been developed which combines and transmits the power supply and data transfer to CAT5 via a specially developed hybrid cable. This one-cable technique corresponds to modern connection and interface wiring technology and saves space, time and costs. With the angled B23 hybrid receptacle, it is possible to equip servo drives with an output of more than 20 kW with a one-cable solution. CONEC Hybridsteckverbinder B23 Flansch gewinkelt, drehbar
Mit der CONEC Hybrid Serie (B12, B17, B23, B40) ist ein kompaktes Hybridsteckverbindersystem entstanden, welches die Spannungsversorgung und die Datenübertragung nach CAT5 über eine speziell entwickelte Hybridleitung vereint und überträgt. Diese Einkabeltechnik entspricht der modernen Verbindungs- und Schnittstellenverdrahtung. Das dezentrale Verketten von Verbrauchern innerhalb einer Anlage spart Platz, Aufwand, Zeit und damit Kosten. Mit dem gewinkelten B23-Hybridflansch ist es möglich, Servo-Antriebe mit einer Leistung von über 20 kW mit einer Einkabel-Lösung auszustatten. To round off the range of ready-made BUS cables, CONEC has included patch cords in its product range that are manufactured with an industrial Ethernet cord with a stranded wire cross-section of AWG22. This allows long transmission distances to be realised with low losses. In addition, the ProfiNEt cord with PUR insulation is suitable for use in industrial environments. The use of other cables will be tested on request. At all RJ45 connectors the cable shield is connected through the internal strain relief to the connector housing to ensure a continuous shielding. RJ45 Industrial Ethernet Patchkabel AWG22 & Patchkabel mit farbiger Umspritzung (AWG26)
Um das Programm der konfektionierten BUS Kabel abzurunden, hat CONEC Patchkabel im Programm, die mit einem Industrial Ethernet Kabel mit Litzenquerschnitt AWG22 gefertigt werden. Somit können lange Übertragungsstrecken mit geringen Verlusten realisiert werden. Darüber hinaus ist die verwendete ProfiNEt Leitung mit PUR Isolierung für den Einsatz im industriellen Umfeld geeignet. Der Einsatz anderer Leitungen wird auf Anfrage geprüft. Der Leitungsschirm ist bei allen RJ45 Steckverbindern über die interne Zugentlastung an das Steckergehäuse angeschlossen, um eine durchgängige Schirmung zu gewährleisten. CONEC has extended their range of DT and Superseal valve connectors by versions with double cable outlet. Versions with double outlet are mostly used as Y-distributors for the distribution of signals and power, with variable cable lengths and the possibility to assemble different connectors at the cable ends according to customer requirements. Versions with double outlet are also often used in DaisyChain applications with multiple cascaded connectors, e.g. to control valves via a CAN-Bus.
