Embraer und Rheinmetall diskutieren über ein neues C-390 Training Center in Europa
Embraer und Rheinmetall befinden sich in Gesprächen über die Erweiterung des Trainingsnetzwerks für das Transportflugzeug C-390. Diese zielen darauf ab, die Bedürfnisse der wachsenden Zahl von C-390-Kunden in Europa zu evaluieren. The aim is evaluate the needs of the increasing number of C-390 European customers with respect to training and decide on the development of a dedicated training center in the region, supporting existing and future C-390 customers. Rheinmetall receives framework contract for 155mm artillery ammunition for the Bundeswehr with a total gross value of up to €8.5 billion
The Duesseldorf-based technology group Rheinmetall has received a framework contract from the Bundeswehr for the delivery of 155mm artillery ammunition worth up to €8.5 billion gross. The contract was signed on 20 June 2024 by Annette Lehnigk-Emden, President of the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw), and representatives of Rheinmetall in Koblenz at the office’s headquarters. Rheinmetall and Anduril Industries join forces to develop the most sophisticated military C-sUAS system
The Düsseldorf-based technology group Rheinmetall and the US company Anduril Industries signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during Eurosatory in Paris, one of the world’s leading trade shows for defence and security. Under this collaboration, Rheinmetall and Anduril will work together to design, develop, and produce new layered Counter small Unmanned Aerial System (C-sUAS) air defense systems. The scope of this collaboration is primarily to address European markets first.
