Da muss das Gold- und Oktoberfestbierverhältnis diesmal auf trockene Weise untersucht werden. Die Untersuchung bezieht sich dabei darauf wie viele Maß Bier mit einer Unze Gold auf dem Münchner Oktoberfest gekauft werden können. Damit wird die Kaufkraft von Gold mit der von Papiergeld verglichen. Verantwortlich dafür ist Ronald-Peter Stöferle, den man vom viel beachteten „In Gold we Trust“ Report kennt. The outlook for bank customers and gold
The trend is set: Fewer branches, rising fees and negative interest rates for more and more customers. Commercial banks in the euro area have had to pay interest since June 2014 when they deposit money with the European Central Bank. Currently, this is at least 0.5 percent. Many banks pass on these negative interest rates to their customers. The conditions for negative interest rates are increasingly tightened for private customers. More and more banks are charging a so-called deposit fee, with a total of around 500 banks doing so. Der Trend ist vorgezeichnet: Weniger Filialen, steigende Gebühren und Negativzinsen für immer mehr Kunden. Geschäftsbanken im Euroraum müssen seit Juni 2014 Zinsen zahlen, wenn sie Geld bei der Europäischen Zentralbank hinterlegen. Aktuell sind dies mindestens 0,5 Prozent. Viele Banken geben diese Negativzinsen an ihre Kunden weiter. Die Konditionen für Negativzinsen werden zunehmend für Privatkunden verschärft. Immer mehr Banken verlangen ein sogenanntes Verwahrentgelt, insgesamt sind dies rund 500 Geldhäuser. Seit Jahresbeginn haben knapp 70 davon ihre Regelungen verschärft und ein Ende des Trends ist nicht in Sicht. Without copper and silver, climate change will not work. Wind turbines, solar plants and electric cars need these raw materials.
