TÜV SÜD für Zertifizierungen für den britischen Markt akkreditiert
Mit dem Brexit haben sich die Vorgaben für das Inverkehrbringen von Druckgeräten und Komponenten auf dem britischen Markt geändert. In Zukunft ist für alle Produkte, die bisher eine CE-Kennzeichnung benötigt haben, eine UKCA-Kennzeichnung verpflichtend. Auch bereits zertifizierte Produkte brauchen ein neues Zertifikat. Die Übergangsfrist endet am 31. Dezember 2022. TÜV SÜD ist der erste europäische Notified Body, der auch Approved Body für Großbritannien ist und die Zertifizierung für den europäischen und den britischen Markt aus einer Hand anbietet. UKCA ist das neue britische Zertifizierungszeichen, das mit der CE-Kennzeichnung für den Europäischen Binnenmarkt vergleichbar ist und unter Aufsicht des United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) vergeben wird. Mit der Prüfung und Zertifizierung nach dem neuen TÜV SÜD Standard „Recyclingfähigkeit von Verpackungen“ unterstützen TÜV SÜD und die RecycleMe GmbH Hersteller, Abfüller, Importeure, Online-Händler, Handelsketten und weitere Lieferanten auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Nachhaltigkeit. Die unabhängige Prüfung und Zertifizierung berücksichtigt alle relevanten Standards und Normen und gewährleistet ein Höchstmaß an Ergebnisvalidität und Glaubwürdigkeit. Nun wurde die Zertifizierung erstmals an Plukon, einen der größten europäischen Anbieter von frischen Hähnchenfleisch- und Geflügel-Convenience-Produkten, vergeben. Plukon hat als erstes Unternehmen das innovative und anspruchsvolle Prüf- und Zertifizierungsverfahren absolviert. On 11 January TÜV SÜD Korea and Shinan-gun, a county on the southwest coast of South Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KEPCO KPS (Korea Electric Power Corporation’s Plant Service & Engineering), a public enterprise supplying electric power and industrial resources. The MoU details the parties’ agreement to cooperate in the establishment of an industrial O&M (Operation & Maintenance) ecosystem for Shinan offshore wind farm and to contribute to Korea’s achievement of its Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan. The Shinan wind farm will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm. It will generate 8.2 gigawatts of electricity meeting the needs of the 12-million population of Seoul and Incheon.…
